Handytankers K/S

Handytankers K/S is a limited partnership between Seaarland, Chemicalien Seetransport, d'Amico Tankers, A.P.Møller and Motia operating a large fleet of modern double hull product tankers between 27-40,000 dwt. Our main trade is the distribution of clean and dirty petroleum products in Europe and the Mediterranean.

From the first of April 2008 MRs will be included within Handytankers. Initially, this will be 6 vessels, and includes an extensive new building programme.

We Hope and Believe the inclusion of the MRs will offer greater flexibility for our costumers. Additionally, our organisation will change as follows:

- Mediterranean & Black Sea will be handled by the Venice office

- Relocated Singapore office

- AG & Red Sea, Vegoils & Chemicals will be handled by the Copenhagen office

The m.t. Maersk Kalea 38,000 dwt. chemical / product tanker from Guangzhou Shipyard, China 2004, was acquiered by A. P. Møller Mærsk to Handytankers K/S. She will be active in the Handytankers Pool from the 22-02-08
